Ms. Stacey

BS, COTA/L

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Stacey is a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families across hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, sensory integration clinics, and home-based settings. She began her career at Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC), where she served as a Senior Occupational Therapy Assistant and worked on the hospital’s inpatient feeding team during its early development. During her years at CHOC, Stacey worked with children with a wide range of medical and developmental needs and developed a passion for sensory integration, child development, and family-centered care.

Throughout her career, Stacey has practiced in California and Arizona, providing occupational therapy services in schools, outpatient clinics, specialty sensory integration clinics, and home-based settings. She has supported children from preschool through high school with sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, developmental delays, learning challenges, feeding difficulties, and motor coordination challenges. Most recently, she has worked in both school-based and specialty sensory integration settings, helping children build the foundational sensory, motor, and self-regulation skills needed for success in everyday life through playful, child-centered interventions.

In addition to her clinical work, Stacey spent many years homeschooling her children and serving within homeschool communities, where she developed a special interest in literacy development and the connection between sensory processing, and learning. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Reading and Literacy. Stacey is passionate about creating engaging therapy experiences that foster confidence, intrinsic motivation, and meaningful growth while partnering closely with families to support each child’s unique strengths.
