Sprouts Therapy is always looking for energetic and highly qualified Pediatric Therapists and Support Staff to join our team!

We hire licensed or soon-to-be-licensed OTs, OTAs, PTs, PTAs, and SLPs. Feeding therapy at Sprouts is provided by our OTs and SLPs, so feeding experience is especially welcome. Because our services are limited to OT, PT, and speech, we're unable to hire RBTs, BCBAs, psychologists, or other disciplines. We also do not hire SLPAs or therapy aides (OT, PT, or speech).

Therapist candidates must be play-based, have experience with the pediatric population, and be passionate, communicative, and flexible.

Support staff candidates must be excellent multi-taskers, provide top-notch customer service to our families, be effective team communicators, have a strong sense of organization, and be able to self-initiate and go with the flow!

Flexible schedules welcome: We highly encourage therapists to apply if you're looking for part-time hours (after-school or Saturdays, weekly or every other week), per diem work, or summer-only work — a great fit for Hawaiʻi DOE therapists on summer break.
