Book One Time Openings and Make-Up Sessions Online!

(Evaluations are not available for online booking at this time. Once your child has been added to our evaluation waitlist, we will contact you when an appointment becomes available.)

Instructions:

To log in, click the "Book Now" button below and enter your email address or mobile phone number (must match what's on your child's chart in Prompt) along with their date of birth. You'll receive a one-time verification code via email or text to complete access.

Viewing and Booking Visits

• View your upcoming appointments by clicking "Upcoming Visits" below the calendar
• See dates with existing visits marked with a grey dot
• Filter by case if your child has multiple active cases (OT, PT, Speech, Feeding)
• Filter by Location and Place of Service (Kailua Clinic, Kahala Pool, Teletherapy)
• Filter by Provider or View all providers
• Select available times that match your waitlist preferences (or switch to view all available times)
• Request multiple visits at once by selecting one time slot per day and adding them to your appointment queue

Plan of Care Visibility

If your child has an active Plan of Care, weeks where they're scheduled for the recommended number of visits appear green, while weeks with insufficient visits appear red.

After Requesting a Session

You'll receive confirmation via email or text once visits are approved by our admin team.
