Nicole is a Registered Medical Technologist with a degree in Medical Technology from La Consolacion University. During her internship at Dr. Jose Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium, she gained hands-on experience caring for patients from diverse backgrounds, which strengthened her appreciation for compassionate care. She later found an opportunity to combine her organizational skills and passion for helping others through her role in administrative support at Sprouts Therapy, where she enjoys helping families navigate their therapy journey and supporting the team in providing quality care.

What is your favorite childhood smell?
The smell of hay reminds me of playing in the fields with my cousins as a child.
