Scheduling Coordinator

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i the health and wellbeing of Hawai'i's keiki (children) are important to Karen. She is passionate about making a difference in the world, enjoys helping others, and believes in the strength of community. Karen exhibits the “aloha spirit” every chance she gets.

Starting in 1994 working with young children, Karen has more than 25 years of childcare experience - both as an educator/Lead Preschool Teacher in professional accredited learning environments and in the private sector working intimately with wonderfully diverse families as their nanny. She has worked with children and families here in Honolulu and in Los Angeles, California. Karen finds working with children to be incredibly rewarding, especially witnessing and documenting their developmental progress. It brings Karen sheer joy to see children’s faces light up as they explore this exciting world, learn new skills, concepts, and overcome challenges.
