Lauren has worked with Sprouts Therapy since 2017. She spent several years on Oahu as Clinic Manager and Schedule Coordinator, and now supports the practice remotely from Florida with business and administrative services.

Before Sprouts, Lauren worked across insurance, construction, retail, and commercial photography, in roles that included analyzing coverages, accounting, and construction project management. All of it prepared her for the mighty task of managing Sprouts Therapy's intricate schedule, and today, for keeping the behind-the-scenes work running smoothly so our therapists can stay focused on children and families.
